Our journey began 4 years ago, when both Hooman and myself (Braeden) were students at the University of Calgary, dealing with the day to day struggles that university life entails. As midterm & finals season approached, cafes were the chosen spot to buckle down and study. As time went on, we started to notice that most cafes closed incredibly early, and their ambiances were not very well-tuned to being able to comfortably enjoy the space for extended periods of time. We then approached the third co-owner Homayoun, who believed deeply in our vision to bring a new café concept to Calgary, and one that would resonate with the hearts of all Calgarians alike. From there, an idea was born.

Since our opening in 2020, our journey has been one of constant growth and improvement, while staying true to our original vision of becoming the beating heart of Calgary. We place a heavy emphasis on homemade goodness and a commitment to forging connections with local suppliers, we meticulously select locally sourced ingredients to infuse every single item found at the café with the authentic flavors of our remarkable city, fostering a true taste of community in every sip or bite. Our dynamic environment is enriched with our values of community, creativity, fun, quality, and service, so whether you are studying, working on your career, having a date-night, or creating memories with friends, you will always feel in your element.
